Navigating the world of Autism can be overwhelming, but we are here to help!

Reach out to us! We can be reached via phone, email, or by filling out our contact form. Depending on availability and when services can start, we will send you paperwork (or you can download the form here) and we can start the process of getting to know you and your child. At times we can have a waiting list, so the sooner you contact us the better! We will need your insurance information to verify coverage. Most insurance companies require a referral from a pediatrician and diagnosis before starting services. If you need help getting these documents or questions we are glad to assist you in navigating the process.

Assessment

After insurance is verified and required paperwork completed we will request an assessment from your insurance. Once approved to start an assessment, we will schedule a time for the Behavior Analyst to come out and meet you and your child and begin conducting assessments. Assessments can include interviews with caregivers, formal and informal data collection, skills and behavior assessments.

Treatment

After the assessment is completed, we will develop a treatment plan that fits your child's needs and their specific insurance requirements. You will review and sign the plan before we submit to your insurance. Once approved services can begin for a 6-month authorization period, every 6-months we will re-evaluate and adjust the plan according to you and your child's progress.
